We meet with clients regularly to keep them informed, and listen to any concerns or problems they may be experiencing. Each client is assigned an account manager, whom they can contact anytime they have a question about what's happening on their property.
Our Executive Team
Manuel “Manny” Jimenez is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Black Knight Patrol. He is a proud alumnus of 15th Street Elementary School, Dana Middle School, and San Pedro High School Police Academy Magnet, where he was elected Senior Class President. Manny enrolled in the LAPD Harbor Division Cadet program at the age of 14 and continued in the program till the age of 18. Through the cadet program, he had his first introduction to law enforcement and security. He found a sense of purpose and camaraderie with his fellow cadets. Through his high school years, Manny was introduced to community service. He fulfilled many hours volunteering and giving back supporting the community that supported him. Taking his level of commitment and support to the next level, he enlisted into the United States Marine Corps and was an active Marine for four years and continues to serve as an active member of the reserve components.
Mr. Ed Salaz serves as the Executive Director for Black Knight Patrol and oversees all staff and operational functions within the company. His
experience at the tactical, operational and strategic levels within the Department of Defense, along with three combat deployments, provides an organizational and operational skillset invaluable to any organization. He served in the United States Army for 30 years, conducting operations in 10 countries, and retiring in September 2015 at the rank of Colonel.
Dr. Brian Juckett
Director of Training
Dr. Juckett retired from the Gardena Police Department as a sergeant supervising their crime suppression unit, K-9, and SWAT team. He was employed by the Gardena Police Department for 37 years, 32 years as a police officer/sergeant. He received his Doctorate degree in Business Administration from the Northcentral University in February 2016. He also holds a Master degree and Bachelor degree in Emergency management from California State University-Long Beach.
Director of Operations
Mr. Christopher Payne currently serves as the Director of Operations for Black Knight Patrol responsible for all security operations in Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino and Orange Counties. He manages a workforce of over 100 employees on any given day and has primary responsibility for all operations at thirty-two client sites. Mr. Payne has been involved with Black Knight Patrol since its inception in 2015, previously serving as Operations Manager.
Elvis Gomez is the Account Manager for Black Knight Patrol where he oversees quality assurance for twenty-nine client portfolios and leads the Outreach Programs and Initiatives section within the company. Born and raised in the Bay Area, he moved to Southern California in 2015 to attend California State University, Long Beach where he received his BA degree in Kinesiology as well as an MA degree in
