As we close out 2024 and reflect on the incredible journey we've had together, I want to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation to each and every one of you. This has been our most successful year yet, with tremendous growth in both scale and reach. We’ve added over 100 new officers in the field and launched new offices in San Francisco, Ontario, and Atlanta, GA. I am proud to say that we achieved this growth without compromising our rigorous standards, which continue to set the bar for the entire industry. The "BKP Look" continues to be imitated by security companies not just in California, but across the nation. These achievements would not have been possible without your dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence.

To our Security Officers - your vigilance and professionalism have kept our clients safe and our reputation strong. The work you do is the backbone of our company, and we are so proud of everything you accomplish.

To our Administrative Team - thank you for your organizational prowess, your attention to detail, and the countless hours you’ve invested behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations. Your hard work keeps everything running, and we couldn’t do it without you.

To our Managers & Supervisors - your leadership, support, and guidance have been vital in fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and quality service. You are the link that brings it all together.

While security inherently requires working during holidays, I hope each of you is able to find time to relax, recharge, and celebrate with your loved ones. You’ve earned it! Looking ahead to 2025, we are excited about the continued growth of our established offices and the potential to expand to new areas. Together we will reach even greater heights as we continue to innovate, improve, and set the standard for the security industry.
